Who is Open Chord?

Open Chord is the consulting and advisory business of Nick Bush. Nick brings thirty years experience of business change, strategy, customer service and information technology to bear on clients’ customer service issues.

Open Chord’s clients include a major UK bank that Nick is working with to help them take their customer service to a new level. 

Prior to setting up Open Chord in 2007 Nick worked at BT where he led business improvement projects in BT Retail and was head of strategy in their Customer Service operation. Prior to working at BT he consulted at CSC Index - the originators of business reengineering - for a number of years, working for clients across a range of industries and disciplines.

A passionate advocate of innovation, Nick brings energy and clarity to all types of business problem.

(Footnote: Nick also plays the guitar - hence the name Open Chord - but on a purely amateur basis.)
